Our Store Policies

General
	Truckin' In Style sells only top quality truck accessories and electronics. We have first-hand experience with most of our products, so we are able to answer most technical questions. If we don't have the answer, we will get it for you! Send us an email with any questions or for more information.
Payment Methods
	We prefer payments made through PayPal. The only other accepted method is by US Postal Service or Western Union money order. We do NOT accept cashiers checks. Our mailing address can be found here.
Shipping & Handling
	We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders will ship the next business day after payment is processed. If there is a delay, you will be notified promptly by email. Most of the larger items (i.e. sliding windows) will have a higher shipping rate due to size and/or weight. You may request a quote on shipping before you place your order. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS at our discretion. This allows us to offer shipping that is as economical as possible. All services will generally deliver a package in about the same amount of time. If a different shipping method is desired, please contact us for pricing. We only ship to the continental US at this time. Products paid for by PayPal are shipped to the PayPal confirmed address only. No Exceptions!
Shipping Damages
	All of our products are shipped fully insured. All items are verified to be in good condition before leaving our warehouse. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during transit. The individual carriers are responsible for the care of your package once it is in their possession. If your order arrives damaged, keep the shipping carton(s) and all packing materials, and send us an email. We will help you in taking care of the details of filing a claim with the appropriate carrier and getting a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Delivery Time
	Most packages will usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Delivery could take as much as 7 days to some locations. If there will be a delay with your order, you will be promptly notified by email.
Warranty
	All of our products are new and carry a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise noted in the item description. We do NOT sell refurbished items! If you experience a problem during the warranty period, you may contact us for information on getting your item repaired.
Sales Tax
	You will not be charged any sales tax unless your order is shipped to the state of Georgia. Georgia residents must pay sales tax at the rate of 7% as mandated by state law. Shipping charges are not taxed.
Returns
	Most of our products carry a 14-day return policy. The product must be in new condition and must have NOT been installed. All parts, packing materials, and boxes must be included as well. You must contact us for an RMA before returning the product. Returned products are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. If a product is defective or DOA, we will work with you to get a replacement as soon as possible at no cost to you.. If you experience a problem with your item while under warranty, you may contact us for help on warranty information.
Disclaimer
	Prices represented on TruckinInStyle.com are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to make sure that there are no pricing errors on TruckinInStyle.com. If an error is found, the transaction will be void and the error will be corrected. If the customer receives the wrong item and it is the fault of TruckinInStyle.com, a return will be issued and the correct item will be sent at no extra charge. If the wrong item is ordered by the customer, there will be additional shipping charges collected before the replacement will be shipped. Close out products are available on a limited basis, are new, and are sold as-is on a first come first served basis. If an order is processed for a product that is sold out, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid. TruckinInStyle.com will not be held liable for any consequential damages related to the failure or mis-installation of merchandise. We cannot be responsible for any specifications and/or claims which the manufacturer may publish in regards to their products. We do not make any assertions as to the suitability of any manufacturer's products for any specific purpose, nor are we liable for consequences of performance, intended or otherwise of a manufacturer's products.
